The Hackettstown Business Improvement District (BID) in conjunction with the Town of Hackettstown is marking the feast of St. Patrick, by holding it's First Annual Parade on Sunday, March 15^th  beginning at 3:30pm.   This is the first year for this parade and the only one in Warren County... hopefully it's the first of many more to come.  The parade will line up on the corner of Valentine Street & Grand Avenue at 2:30 pm and march down Grand Avenue and then onto Main Street, ending at Warren Street behind David's Country Inn.  

 Bill Harper, owner of Harper's Bagel and Bake Shop, has been named the Grand Marshall for Hackettstown's First St. Patricks Day Parade. Mr. Harper will be joined by his wife, Pat, and their children and grandchildren as they lead the parade down Main Street.  Mr. and Mrs. Harper will be riding in a vintage green Ford Mustang Convertible. Bill and his family have been in Hackettstown since 1984.

We are looking forward to step off of this parade and would be most excited to have you join us in making history.  Post parade activities and a few surprises are still in the works. 

The parade will be preceded by a week long celebration in Hackettstown starting on March 9 that will include shopping promotions, store decorating contest, children's coloring contest  and dining delights at area restaurants, as well as a live radio broadcast on March 17th from Harper's Bagel and Bake Shop.
