9th Annual Tallahassee Irish Society's St. Patrick's Parade around Lake Ella

Parade Information

Parade Route: around lake ella, an easy 1/2 mile stroll.

Staging area: Tharpe street between Monroe and Meridian.

Parking areas: St. Pauls’ United Methodist Church lower parking lot (adjacent to lake ella Drive), shriner and American Legion parking lots.

Staging Time for Parade: 1:00 - 2:00 pm

Parade Duration: 2:00 - 3:00 pm

Types of Parade Units Permitted: Families, clans and organizations, schools and churches, marching units, bands, pickups & flatbed trucks, cars of all kinds, motorcycles and horses. Call Jack Madden 385-3696 for further details.

Join us for the Wearing of the Green Brunch and Roast immediately before the Parade at The American legion hall from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Tickets are on sale at shenanigans Irish Pub, Chez Pierre Restaurant and Gordon’s string Music.

Our Activities
Most of our events involve music, theater, bringing Irish entertainers to town, or food events. Membership is $15 single or $20 family (includes all members living with you) per year, renewable no later than December 31. For a membership application please go to the Membership page.
